It’s called “Golden Milk” or “Turmeric Boost” and it is a powder that contains turmeric and pepper as well as other additional spices. I add this every morning to a glass of nut-milk (warmed up via espresso machine). I am OBSESSED with Silks Almond Protein milk! It’s low calorie and contains added protein which ALSO makes this a perfect post-workout drink if you exercise early in the morning like I do! After drinking this everyday, I’ve felt:
